What I Offer

I operate a complete PC support programme with a “peace of mind” no fix no fee policy - and a maximum labour costs for PC repair of £200 no matter what it takes. Whether you have a problem with your computer, internet connection, or if you need some training to make the best use of your system, I can help. I also offer admin support, so if you have a small business and need documents, spreadsheets or help with your website I can help there too. I mostly use remote access as it saves you time and cost but I can come to you if need be—some problems can only be fixed in your home. If the problem is more complex I will take your equipment to my workshop, but I will return it very quickly, normally within 5 working days. Remote connection that is very popular as it saves time and hence costs you less.
